The Design And Implementation Of The Public Security SMS Message System

With the continuous development of mobile communications and computer technology,the Short Message Service has also been a rapid development in various fields. Within thepublic security system, with the increasingly complex public security business, the publicsecurity system within the SMS growing traditional notification methods rely on the noticeboards etc. can no longer meet the needs of the modern information delivery and managementof public security within the system. Based on this demand, it is necessary to find a completeset of information push system which can push the public security system information to thehands of the police officers, and SMS is one of the most fundamental ways.In this thesis, a public security SMS group sending management system based on theGSM network is designed and implemented. The GSM network is connected through theprogram interface, and the GSM network is used in docking mass SMS. In the systemrequirements analysis phase, the demands of the public security system of informationtransmission is analyzed, the management demands on the transmission of informationmanagement and the drawbacks of information transformation are discussed. Finally, thesystem demands were fixed according to the above studies.In the system design phase, a B/S structured system is designed, and the networktopology of the system is determined. Functional modules in the system in accordance withthe above demand analysis and structure design is designed, including a Bulk SMS、SMSchecking、message alarm、the suspect warning and mobile office functionality module. In this thesis, we designed the interface of SMS sending and receiving, realized theseamless connection between the system and the GSM network and implemented thefunctions of SMS sending and receiving via the structural functions supported by the SMSservice supporters. The database is also designed based on the system functional design, andthe E-R diagram is drawn to analyze the relations of the data, and then the database chart isdesigned. In addition, in the system design process, the system fully considered therequirements of the public security departments. The security of the system is carried out by acomprehensive design, i.e., the users connect to the server using the SSL protocol to ensurethat the data communications chain road safety. The system uses digital signatures and digitalcertificates authentication validate landing identity of the user, to effectively reach the publicsecurity departments demand on system security.The system is implemented by ASP.NET language and SQL2005database. Detailedexposition of the flow chart of each module and system interface screenshots is also described.Finally, we used black-box testing methods to test the short group messaging module of thesystem, information receiving module, system performance, and encryption securityefficiency, etc.This thesis is particularly taking into account the special needs of the public securitydepartment for the SMS system development, the design of the the suspects early warningmanagement module, and the mobile office management module. Through the networkinterface design, we achieve the compatibility between the bulk SMS management system andpublic security internal business systems. Dynamic information management system via SMSgroup sending suspects sent automatically to the police officers in charge, and departmentheads can also use the SMS application for approval through the integration between thesystems. The developed system settled the problem of miss inform during the informationtransform, optimized the management procedure of public security department, and thegreatly increased the efficiency.
