The Design And Implementation Of Information Issuing System Among Families And Schools In Guangxi Based On Short Message

Originally the communication between school and the family is in the way of house visiting and the parent meeting ."The communication between the family and the school"is a new contact tool that merged the short information of cell phone, the speech_synthesized technology, the internet and so many kinds of advanced IT technology into it. It give us a brand-new way of communication, is it pushed the contact between the school and family to a wide platform ,and make the communication more convenient and quickly. Compared with other platforms, this platform combines the functions of the contact with the family and the management of daily teaching of the school, realized the information sharing. So, the teacher can use the tool easily in the daily teaching , in the management informationization of the school, and realized the quantization of the school management, improve the level of the management of the school. This text is based on the serious demand analyse of the system, used the software project , face to the object technology, and the module design theory etc, to carry out the systematic framework, and analysed the key technology in the system ,solved the technological difficult point , at the same time gave the solution of the security of the system The system has adopted a kind of improved RBAC (Role in user's authority control _ Based Access Control ) model, that improved the accuracy , consistency , easy maintaining of the whole system. Deep to explain the technological issue of the message gateway , including the encapsulation of the CMPP protocol, the link of the application layer, the short message receiving and dispatching etc,the concrete model of realizing and the part of the design codes of these key problem are given. In this text we take more attention on the technology of the data security , Internet security , user's privilege of the system especially, and these technologies have been explained in detail . The whole system including several major parts , such as the school information , educational administration information , student's common information , information sending and the management , user's management , teaching secretary ,etc. We used the SQL Server 2000 Database System , based on the Delphi6.0 programming language , finished the design of the C/S platform system .This system used the modern techniques, and the interface is beautiful , performance is steady, it is the result of the combination of the excellent soft project and the network technology .
