21st century is the information age, Internet is the most representative mark of this era.With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology, the surgingwave of information technology, network has penetrated into all aspects of people’s daily lives,and changing people work, learn, and lifestyle with an unprecedented rate and way.Due to the particularity of the industry,prison management industry faces complexenvironments and changing requirements,so how to improve the information technologyindustry is very urgent.There are25prisons under the jurisdiction of Jiangsu Province Bureauof Prisons, which are more branches, the wide geographical distribution, difficult tomanage.This presents become a challenge for comprehensive management capabilities of theJiangsu Province Bureau of Prisons. Therefore, how to follow the development trend ofinformation technology how to design and implement a simple and efficient system of prisonsupervision Daily is extremely important, but also is bound to promote the smoothdevelopment of the Jiangsu Provincial Prison Administration of the work.Based on full understanding of industry charateristics and the specific needs of thejiangsu Province Bureau of Prisons,the paper learns from the many excellent ideas and resultsof the previous,designs and develops the Daily report system for prison management. Thesystem follows the ideas of modular design,apply a three-tier B/S architecture, the Weblogic9.2is the middleware and SQLSERVER database systems is the develop beginning.Whichget better unify between security,praticality,uniformity,and advanced of the regulatory Dailysystem.The paper first introduces this topic research significance and the current research status,and gives the main content and structure. And then introduces the report system architectureframework, report technology theory, Web B/S structure and some related technical conceptsare explained, then from the system design principle, system structure, system requirementsanalysis, system data exchange pattern, the system database design, system function modulesof the system detailed design and analysis. Then on the basis of the analysis, has carried onthe system realization, and tested. Finally through the test of various test results meet therequirements, to achieve the desired objectives. The main characteristics of this paper include, (1) Applying MVC model and SSH framework to design and implement the system.(2)Applying the jspSmartUpload component to solve the problem of report upload/downloadbased on Web,(3) The permission subsystem is designed carefully. Prison managementreport system user roles can be divided into five class, that is inspect area user, ordinaryprison users, senior prison user, local users and system administrator.
