With the continuous development of automotive electronictechnology and the continuous upgrade of the comfortable requirementsof the consumers, the amount of the electronic equipment installed inthe car grows rapidly and these equipments will be greatly used in thosefunctional components, which determine or affect automotive safety.However the frequency of these electronic equipments becomegradually higher, and their power become gradually bigger. It makes thecar internal environment filled with electro-magnetic (EMC) wave,causing EMC inference become more and more serious between carand car, or inside the car. This phenomenon will affect electronicequipment normal work, and even damage the electric device, so that itaffects the comfort even the safety. Therefore, the automotive electronicequipments EMC has received more and more attention, and theautomotive EMC design technology, which could be widely applied inautomotive development, become more and more urgent required.This dissertation using the method of theory with practice, throughthe three elements in the EMC, the interference source, coupling pathand sensitive equipment protection to proceed with to analyze howEMC issues generate in detail, and combine with actual project practiceto put forward a set of design module including structure design,interface design, shielding and protection desging and PCB EMC layoutdesign for automotive EMC design module. It is hoped to be able toprovide some experience and reference during the actual automotiveelectronic component development process.The first part of this dissertation mainly through an overview ofcurrent domestic and foreign automotive EMC research situation anddeveloping gap introduced the research background and significance,research purpose and main contents. The second part mainly introducedfive major automotive EMC test objective, equipment and detail test method. On the base of former introduction, it focuses on the analysisof automotive EMC test essentials. It will be the theroial basement ofautomove EMC design module. The fourth part focuses on thelaboratory data to prove the effectivenees and practicality of automotiveEMC design module through different view of project practice. Thefifth part is the summary of the full text, and the prospect of futureautomotive EMC design issues.
