With the rapid development of software information technology and our electric utility industry being thoroughly intelligent, the control and management of software system function modular will become the future development direction of modern smart power grid.First of all, this paper briefly analyzes the background and characteristics of electric test vehicle control and management platform software system, defining the present status and future development trends of this system in the construction of smart power grid. From a variety of demand analysis, which is existed of this control and management platform at present, the capability and function of the system are set up, the choice of the development platform, development model and development language have been given. Secondly, make sure that the development process of system and the function design of system are accomplished. The logic structure of the system is represented by data flow diagram, and the database structure is built, based on it, the particular design and implementation of the system mainly function module part, like test function、 equipment management、 personnel management、 data management and defect management, have been established, than tell some content about software testing. Finally, the design and implementation of the platform are summarized, and put forward to the outlook of future work and next generation system’development ideas.This system is based on Microsoft.NET platform by choosing SQL Sever as the database server, C#as the developing language, and uses software tools, such as Visual Studio2008、 Photoshop、 Firebird..., to develop and design. Research shows electric test vehicle control platform management software system can promote the development of intelligent power industry and has wide development prospects and market demands, because of its higher equipment integrated degree、 automation level、 reliability、 good security and high efficiency.
