This system has the advantage such as lowerdifficulty of developing and small cast.This article first introduces the research background of video monitoring system and thehistory and development process of Video surveillance industry, introduces embeddedoperating system and the core part of the DaVinci technology, detailed introduces the workingprinciple of video monitoring system and the related important agreements. For h.264videocompression algorithm and related technology makes a detailed explanation.Considering of the system requirements, the article chooses the most appropriate fromseveral kinds of embedded hardware designs of video monitoring system scheme, introducesthe hardware design of important modules and principle diagram details.
