Basing on National 863 Project "based on the optimum temperature integrated optimization System of steel-making-continuous casting processes to optimize energy consumption", this paper studys production scheduling problem and real-time produce process monitoring problem of steelmaking-refining-continuous casting production of Iron-Steel enterprises.this paper includes those following section.(1) Designing a steelmaking-refining-continuous casting production scheduling algorithm with time window. Algorithm minimize makespan of the project, at the same time, to some extent optimize transport path of molten steel between two processes. And algorithm maintains balanced equipment utilization. The algorithm is divided into two parts:continuous casting machine assignment and heuristic time backstepping scheduling algorithms. Branch and bound algorithm assigns continuous casting machine. Heuristic time backstepping scheduling algorithm generates a schedile using feasible distribution of continuous casting machine as input, one of the branch in the search tree of branch and bound algorithm. When branch and bound is complete, algorithm can search a schedile having minimum makespan.Basing on the temporal constraint networks model, heuristic time backstepping scheduling algorithms computes time window, and assigns machines using heuristic rules. In this paper, we use three cases to test this algorithm and model. Conclusion proves that this algorithm and model is valid. Schedile that this algorithm generates is practical, have completed higher rate in makespan and balanced equipment utilization.(2) Real-time produce process monitoring subsystem based on time window is designed in the paper. By communicating with workshop or Simulation subsyetem, real-time produce process monitoring subsystem receives occurrence message, and according to time of occurrence message, figures out the progress of realtime prodction. According to time wondow of schedule, subsystem divides production into five states.So operator can monitor the actual production to complete smoothly within the time window by viewing production progress and state(3) This paper implements.schedule compiling subsystem and real-time produce process monitoring subsystem. This system has made SQL Server 2008 as the back database, chosen C/S program structure, and been implemented on eclipse Plug-in Development.
