Steelmaking process is a complex and multi-phase physical chemistry progress with bad environment and complex progress. In this period, it is difficult to measure accurate and continuous. So we can't use traditional methods to control it. But we can't ensure high-quality product, stable operation and low-cost only according to experience of workers. Therefore we must control steelmaking progress precisely and automatically to achieve double-hit element and temperature. Thus we can attain tapping quickly, improve steel quality, increase production, save energy and reduce cost. At present, the main and successful control methods are static control and combination dynamic control by sub-lance to detect information. We can control the end-point carbon content and temperature precisely by this method to achieve high-quality steel.This paper background is the sub-lance system of Qian steelmaking plant 210t converter. This paper researched on the converter steelmaking control system. The detail works are as follows:1. The development situation, equipment and process of converter steelmaking have been described. A variety of control methods of converter steelmaking has been analyzed. This paper make clear the problem of steelmaking technology at present and give the development trends according actual situation at home and abroad.2. This paper analyzed the converter steelmaking control system of Qian steelmaking plant in-detail and established control strategy that is static control combined dynamic control based on sub-lance detection by stages. We also found a path of making automatic steelmaking system in domestic according to researching on sub-lance, static mode, dynamic mode, data analysis system and combination this system's successful application in Qian steelmaking plant. This paper also verified that the mode and equipment of converter steelmaking automatic control system were successful. This control system's researching and applying achieve to international advanced level.This paper offered the theoretical basis for improving steelmaking automatic control technology level by researching on converter steelmaking automatic control system of Qian steelmaking plant in-detail, also, it was a good reference to same domestic industry to improve their converter steelmaking automatic control system. |
