Seismic exploration research is a comprehensive subject. It contains sensor, electromagnetics, signal processing and other subjects, it is a important part to exploitthe mineral as people to the oil and gas reservoir description accuracy is furtherimproved, seismic exploration towards the high-precision seismic explorationthree-dimensional seismic direction. Using the optical interference method for seismicwave detection becomes the direction of high precision seismic monitoring andgeological exploration. This paper “research of digital signal processing system based on thethree-component acceleration geophone” is the sub-topic of National Natural ScienceFoundation project “MOEMS three-component acceleration seismometer installation ofnew technology research”. The three-component acceleration geophone digital signalprocessing system is a new type of signal processing system based on the Analogsignals processing system to realize the real-time, high precision detection. The digitalsignal processing used the DSP chip TMS320VC5410as the core chip, cooperate withthe external circuit to achieve the signal’s acquisition and processing. First of all, thispaper described the wave guide sensing system, sensing mechanism of phasemodulation, and demodulation methods, second introduced the three-component ofacceleration geophone’s principle and the signal processing principle of geophone; andthen, described the demodulation algorithm and phase compensation principleFinally I designed hardware circuit and the corresponding software of the digitalsignal processing system and gave the simulation of the main parts. And the resultsshow that the digital signal processing system can achieve high precision of accelerationsignal detection.
