With the development of medical technology, increasing clinical demands inmedical practices are generated. To meet various needs, many comprehensiveuniversities regard biomedical cross research as an important interdisciplinaryresearch means, in both medical science and engineering, which takes the form ofinterdisciplinary cooperation with a large number of theoretical and practicalapplications. However, the practices of medical engineering cross research also meetsome common problems and difficulties. So far, there is no clear answer for theseproblems and difficulties. In order to understand the root of the problem and putforward the corresponding solutions, the main work of this thesis is to conduct aresearch on medical engineering cross analysis and system design for managementdepartment and academic partners in the comprehensive university based on networkscience.At first, the network science is adopted as the analysis tool of medicalengineering cross technique (using network science research medical engineeringcross is still relatively rare in the research), the classic small-world effect, scale-freemodel, high clustering phenomenon and concept are applied to analyze thecollaboration patterns. From the network perspective to discover and mine a variety ofscientific collaboration network structure, the whole property, personalitycharacteristics, mode of operations, medical engineering cross patterns so that thecurrent situations are transformed to the models of network science. Secondly, usingthe computer science method to strengthen the medical engineering cross mode operation can carry out a comprehensive analysis, judgment and suggestions forimprovements through the data collection, model definition, statistics, calculation,analysis, evaluation, experiments. It can make the medical engineering cross patternbecomes more complete and more operable.There are six aspects of contributions of this research:1. Collecting and processing various medical engineering data to form a unifiedanalysis data files;2. The data and files are applied to the construction of medical engineering crosscooperation model following the scientific principles of network science;3. Numerical statistical results are obtained for all kinds of medical engineeringcross research models;4. The numerical calculation results are analyzed;5. Various types of network attribute analysis results are evaluated so thatsuggestions for improvements are put forward;6. Through the system design, the medical engineering cross mode networkscientific analytical method is validated and applied.The innovations of this work can be concluded as follows:Based on the network science, the analysis and design for medical engineeringcross research can help understand the current situations. The new network structureis put forward to improve the medical engineering cross research, which is notsatisfying since there are some unmatchable cooperations. This research is based onthe integration of theoretical analysis method and application, and is also based onnetwork science and computer science.
