Six Sigma has been developed into a effective technology for design and improveof flow from quality management by GE company and others since the middle of1990’s. And a series of research tools for new products suitable for design and produce.Six Sigma is considered as a advanced management idea. It can be adopted to dealwith complex problem combining the methods.Six Sigma can be divided into five stages named DMAIC-----Define,Measurement, Analysis, Improvement, Control. New idea and tools are added into it toabsorbed both two advantages so that can reach to better effect.MSA can analyse the resolution ratio and error of measuring system by usingmathematical statistics and charts. Kappa analysis is a method to research themeasuring results from different persons in count measuring system. FMEA meansFault Model and Effect Analysis, it can make out the solution of problem on the basisof RPN calculation according to the serious degree, incidence rate and detectiondegree.TRIZ theory concluded40creativity principles corresponding to differentconflict models in all systems. It wants to solve the restrictions of resource, theconfliction of system and physical contradiction during the process of design.The ratio return of mobile base station has being increased due to power fail, thisarticle analyzed the reasons and found the improvement methods for every criticalreason, finally verified the effect of the improvement by Six Sigma tools.
