Workflow System Design And Realization Based On SSH

Delphi is one of largest global automobile companies in the world and it is biggestsupplier to GM automobile. Due to the fact that Management realize that internal controlbecomes more important with the fast-growing auto market and fierce competition. Thus,workflow system is playing an important role regarding the process optimization andprocess control and audit.Nowaday, there are a lot workflow system developed by eachdepartment which, after our analysis, adopts open source workflow framework as mailarchitecture, for example, JBOSS-jBPM. But as we all known, these production can onlywork under the case like repeatable and stable business environment but cannot support thefast changing circumstance in terms of business organization, process flow. Meanwhile,these frameworks cannot support complexity of delegation. Give those reasons, those toolsdie in short period after go live which cost big waste in terms of resource and cost. Thusone of common framework for workflow development is urgently needed in Delphi.The aim of this these is to bring a common, flexible and reusable workflow frameworkthought redefining the organization, role and delegation and taking advantage of technologyof reflection programming after analysis these open source frameworks. The newframework I propose can be applied to other company which has the similar case as Delphi.Tasks accomplished in this these includes:1) analysis the solution, model andalgorithm in regards to delegation, flexible and complexity of organization.2) in contrast tothe current open source workflow framework, reason why we will develop our own framework is given.3)present one common workflow model, for example, organization anddelegation model, process definition flow and route flow, ask assignment flow.4) presentthe workflow architecture.5) Illustrate the detailed design under the SSH.6) Testing&Demoshow to prove current workflow framework is capability to handle most of the case inDelphi workflow management and reduce the cycle of workflow development.
