The Design And Development Of Shenyang Economic And Technological Development Zone Land-use Information Management System

Land-use data focus on Digital、informatization、science、dynamic management ofland resources. Land-use data involving a large number of reports, text, graphics data, witha wide range of data non-standardized characteristics. However, the various departments totake advantage of GIS-aided design and decision-making according to their business needs,develop a different focus and application of GIS technology and uneven level of GISapplication, GIS software technology level update is faster,however,these software systemsare not able to timely upgrade and improve, the technical level of these software systems isstill very backward, and each system’s data format is not compatible with the difficulties ofdata conversion, data can not be shared, so, all departments is difficult in CollaborativeWork.The system on the basis of a detailed needs analysis and design, the use of componentsof GIS technology, spatial database technology, according to land-use data based on thecurrent Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Shenyang Economic andTechnological Development Zone land-use information management system based on theplatform ArcEngine completed design and implementation, and use role-based control modelto solve the different levels of data security access control.The design and implementation of this system to obtain the following results:(1) It transform different types and formats data into a unified spatial data model in thespatial database, complete the unified management of data, a high degree of datasharing work.(2) It completes different levels of users of the system security data access.(3) It completes land-related departments to collaborative work in the same platform, theintegration of office, improves work efficiency.
