Database Of Supervision Platform For Operation Reliability Of Commercial Vehicle

Reliability data is the basis of implementing the reliability management and improvingthe product quality. To develop a set of reliability database with reasonable structure couldrealize reliability data electronic management and data sharing among users, managers andproducers, and would have very important means to improve vehicle safe reliability and toprevent from traffic accidents.Taking SQL Server2008as developing platform, database of Supervision Platform forcommercial vehicle operation reliability (CVOR) is established, and could manage vehiclesreliability for new vehicle reliability allowance, operation reliability monitor and exit fromtransport market during whole operation life. Database includes4sub-databases: new vehiclereliability allowance database, transport enterprise database, transport managementdepartment database, vehicle manufacturer database. New vehicle reliability allowancedatabase contains ten tables, four storage process and six triggers. Transport enterprisedatabase contains one table, two views, four storage process and six triggers. Transportmanagement department database contains twelve tables, two views, three storage process andsix triggers. Vehicle manufacturer database contains six table, three storage process and sixtriggers. Database has to be backing up regularly with database backup technique in order toensure data storage security. And inquires database file space storage, correct the standardparameters’ limit of new vehicle allowance, analysis transport enterprise vehicle operationreliability regularly by applying database automation management technology. With LAN,city land network and WAN, database replication technology, and realizing database transferamong transport enterprise, transport management department and manufacturer enterprise, sotransport enterprise can effectively control its own CVOR，transport management departmentcan supervise CVOR of its transport enterprise, and manufacturer can know products’ faultmodel, analyze the products’ fault mechanism, improve reliability of its products in time.Practice demonstrations show that database function is complete, its running is highefficient, its performance is stable, its stored data is security, and could satisfy the supervisionplatform’s running requirements.
