The recent emergence of mobile phone operating system design concept innovationand break through, in order to adapt to the increasingly powerful computing capability ofmobile phone hardware, Android which is in such a context came into being. Currently,Windows Mobile and Apple’s iphone provide richer, more simple developmentenvironment for mobile application developer. However, different from Android, they arebuilt on a proprietary operating system,but the proprietary operating system usually forcethe local application has higher priority than the third-party applications created andlimited communication between the application and the local mobile data, as well asthird-party applications that can be released in its platform.Mobile payment, is to allow users to use their mobile terminal (Can be a phone,PDAs, mobile PC, but mainly still use the phone) to the accounts to pay a service on theconsumption of goods or services. Mobile payment along with the development of mobilee-commerce, both common development, play an increasingly far-reaching impact on ourlives. Mobile payments let the mobile phones in the hands of people become mobilepayment terminal.This article briefly describes the concept of mobile payment and the differences andadvantages which are different from traditional payment, a detailed analysis of theAndroid mobile platform, given the basic principles of secure payment system design, thepaper gives system requirements analysis and design to the secure payment, includingsystem architecture design, system use case analysis. Design ideas in the design process,the system uses a hierarchical design model, making the system more clear, the degree ofcoupling reduced, the maintainability enhanced.Elaborating the security payment system design based on Android platform,including the following: system architecture, system functional modules, the system testresults. In the system implementation process, a brief introduction is made to developmenttools and the creating of Android project, and the JavaBean technology is used.Finally, the paper summarizes the work and make prospect to the next step of improvement and perfect.
