With the development of IT and computer science, the managing pattern andmanaging ideas of enterprises have been changing impressively. This thesis would makesome conclusion to the design pattern of MIS based on Risk Management、Critical PointManagement and Business Process Rebuilding. Site Present System built for a domesticcommunicational operating enterprise would be a base to present a detailed description.Principles of Risk Controlling were made from the development of giant engineeringand scientific programs. The plant-in of large or moderate MIS pinched a new meaning toRisk Management.Firstly, the domestic and international researching situation of.Risk Management andBusiness Process Rebuilding would be described firstly. Then the researching backgroundand significance of real-time Site Present System would be presented. Then the mainproblems to be solved would be given out.Secondly, the solutions and plan based on CPM and circled workflow were given out. After the introduction of the goal, this thesis constructed the framework and analyzed theconposition of roles and funcional modules. And the circled workflow with CPSprocession as its backbone was detailed described.Thirdly, some concerned critical technology and realization were carefully analyzedand introduced. Such as the problem of the ascending of system’s response speed, concurrent access control and security policy. Then, part of deploying and testing process was described. Then the effect since therunning of this system was partly analyzed with actual running images. At last, a kind ofenhancing plan to remove the bottleneck of current system was designed,Lastly,, the main work of this thesis was concluded, and then the future of real-timeSite Present System was partly given out.
