Yangzhou bank's business risk management and control system is an importantmeasure for its internalization and formal management. It combines the risk control mechanisms with risky business especially the loan business in order to raise its risk counter abilities and measures. In the thesis the following works are presented around the abovementioned business risk control as a center. The first work is the determination of the concrete functional requirements based on the bank's current risky business management objectives and the main bottlenecks. The functional requirement analysis are expended and the related use case models and specific data processing demands are established. In combination with the system functions and the actual situations of the institute, the software system architecture and the related module organization is constructed. The major classes of object data structure and functions distribution are established by means of object oriented methods and techniques. Database entity/relationship model, object class diagram and some typical processing flowchart are also presented to describe the system design. The system implementation is carried out with Java and DB2 server, in addition some typical system programming and testing examples are also sketched. The requirements established in the thesis for its applications are comparatively reasonable and practical. The ability, range and efficiency are significantly improved by this software in its current applications, as well as accuracy and timeliness in risk control and management. The software architecture design is stable and suitable to the system application demands as a reasonable balance between the advanced and practical features in its operations. As a result, its development successfully satisfies the expected objectives.
