With the development of Internet environment in China, and network voicetechnology continues to progress, network voice call quality is gradually improved, and awide variety of network voice software began to be widely accepted and used. At the sametime, for enterprises, althought the Group’s internal telephone system’s internal functionsare powerful, due to technical limitations of the system itself, it steel need to rely onTelecom fixed-line number for external calls. It’s not good for enterprises to reduc thecosts on communications.In this thesis, on the basis of the research on related technologies of network voiceand PBX systems, we try to complement hardware platforms and software systems witheach other, integrate network voice technology and the main function of the Group’sinternal telephone system into a system. For the external of the system, it use public IPaddress and telecommunications fixed number to make call, for the internal of the system,it use staff extension to make call through the use of intra-group LAN. That is, for externalcalls can be traditional telecom fixed number of dial-up call, IP dial-up external calls alsocan be used in Internet voice technology; system using a LAN environment to replace thetraditional PBX system on the internal part, and to impliment the main function of thePBX system.System is divided into two parts: hardware and software. The hardware part includingthe IG and IG Private phone, the software part includes four modules: system information,system hardware settings, voice settings, and system software management. IG equipmentcontrol special phone through custom private agreement, the communication betweenphones completed by SIP signal.
