With the rapid advance of medical career informationizing process, though therelevant medical equipments have been linked to wired network, yet the majorshortcoming is the high cost of difficult maintenances. Thus, a better solution of wirelessnetwork with good flexibility and mobility has been proposed. This article aims atdesigning an application based on Android platform applied to WBAN (Wireless BodyArea Network) system, which is used to do the transmission and data-mining ofinformations of corresponding vital signs. Mobile equipment’s portability of terminal unitfor cell phone has been fully utilized to fulfill custody of effective individual healthyinformation anytime anywhere.The resource of intelligent terminal in WBANsystem,such as memory power、computing power、wireless communication ability andpower,is often restricted。To make up simple and low-cost application system, the designand fulfillment of embedded data mining algorithm have to be reconsidered. Not only canthe user know immediately their health status,but also can avoid extra exploit of healthycustody equipment.With the cost saving and satisfying people’s need for health, the prospects are bright.With the traditional data-mining of the client is in the normal PC, it is going on under thedistributed computing environments. And it is a innovation in the theory research andreality applications of data-mining,that the data-mining is used into the environments ofthe mobile termh as possible, and the efficient transmission comes true in a sense. At thesame time,it also gives references for the individual health care service develoination. Torealize the primary diagnosis for health status in the equipment of resource constrain,especially the realtime-analysis requirement of the dynamic ECG signals, this article givea real-time detection algorithm that utilizes the minimum value of two order difference toorient dynamic ECG wave. With the exploitation on the android smartphone and thepractical data test, the precision of the test for QRS is above95.5%.The result of theintelligence diagnosis is in the same of standard electrocardiograph, and it indicates thatthe algorithm is is effective; In the case of that server data is true and effective, the datatransmission saves the resource occupation as mucpment. Efficient transmission can come true in a sense,and it also gives reference for the individual health care servicedevelopment.
