Abstract/Summary:
With the development of electronic technologies and computer and electronic shaft drive technology continues to mature. Due to the excellent natures of the electronic shaft, it is now gradually becoming the mainstream products of the domesticprinting equipment. However, there are still some problems that restrict the development of electronic shaft overprint system performance. Problems needs to be solved, such as unclear physical model of the control object and poor adaptivity of traditional controller to working condition changes. Studies on these issues are with large engineering application values.The thesis first introduces the work process and synchronization control strategy of non-shaft overprint system, and analyzes the tension system between the units, indicating that the non-shaft overprint system is characterized with multi-input and strong coupling.Second, for the issue that the mathematical model of the overprint control object is difficult to determine, we use the sampled input and output data and Matlab System Identification Toolbox for recognition to get an approximate model of the controlled object with a time delay. Then, we introduce the basic principles of the three control algorithms and controller parameter tuning methods, including the traditional PID control method, ADRC control method and modelfree adaptive control method based on tight format linearization, and apply them to the overprint control system. After multiple debugging of system controller parameters, we obtain good simulation results. Finally, we comparatively analyze simulation results of these three overprint control systems, with the conclusion that the modelfree adaptive control strategy is superior to other control strategies, which has some guiding significance for the practical engineering.
