Together with the development of network technology, the industrial Ethernet is widelyused by the embedded equipments, such as MCU and DSP, so as to fit the requirement of thenetwork function. This subject is actually use Ethernet as its method to control and debug theexcitation device in order to realize remote controlling whole system and the real intelligence,and debug the device remotely when install the device or the equipment run with failures, it cansave manpower and material resources.Under the reference of the famous network interface program, the author puts forward atheory about using SPI Bus to connect dsPIC30F6014A and ENC28J60, and transferring datafrom net to the chip. In terms of hardware design, its mainly include network interfacecircuit.The circuit is mainly refer to the typical circuit of the network interface chip and theSPI.Together with the hardware development, the system also design the software and give theflow chart to show how the program works. The remote debugging function is based on the wellwork of the local data processing. The local data sampling system include CAN Bus,485Bus andI/O.The TCP/IP protocol is rich in content, and the system design the ARP,ICMP,IP,TCP andUDP protocol according to the characteristics of chips and practical need. At last pack the dataaccording to the hierarchical network structure and send them out. The article we adopt here is anew method to debug the Excitation device, the operator can debug the device with the systemeverywhere if only there has access to the Ethernet.
