The current scientific research information management is abundant invariety, which includes the information of thesis, works, patent, award andspecial project etc. Moreover, each part content can break up into detailed parts.In order to classify and count these scientific information, currently Excelhas been applied in some universities to do the simple classification andstatistic. But this method is heavy workload and very error prone, which couldhinder the efficiency and accuracy of the scientific research informationmanagement. However, current scientific research management software has badflexibility to make adjustment of scientific research policy according toreality. In addition, its high selling price has influenced the computerizedprocess of scientific research information statistics.This system is designed according to the actual demand of universityscientific research information management. It is guided by software engineeringthinking and based on fully need analysis towards the system, which will achievethree-level management model of scientific research management and makescientific decomposition for the workload and also realized audit managementof scientific research information. While realizing sub-item management for thescientific information, this system can conduct statistical summary accordingto the needs as well as provide favorable technical support for the scientificresearch information management.Taking current mature software technology as its development tool as wellas SQLServer as its backstage database, this system applies storage processtechnology to improve grogram concurrency, which ensures security, stabilityand reliability of the system.It is convenient for users to use because of the same operating mode. Toraise its security, the system adopts authority hierarchical managementmechanism so that it can avoid interoperating scientific research informationamong different organizations and scientific researchers. Meanwhile, statisticsfor the scientific research information can only be conducted as soon as auditedby school supervisor, which further ensure the accuracy of information.The application of this system can reduce the workload of staff and enhancethe accuracy of scientific research information. Moreover, it is convenient for scientific research information to be classified and compared and can providescientific research policy-makers with timely and accurate material support aswell.
