Gamesa Wind TJ company is the largest Wind power generation equipmentmanufacturers in Spain and also take the lead in fan design, production, installationand operation. Our company’s SAP system didn’t develop equipment managementmodule, and the usage and maintenance of the SAP costs more. This SAP system issuitable for head office in Spain and not for the branch company in Tianjin. Thereforethe author specially designed and developed a relevant equipment managementsystem for GAMESA Wind TianJin Company.We use the SOA technique to develop and equipment management as the designmain line in this paper. The technology of development uses software design toolsbased on the.net technology. In this paper, we analyzed the requirements and systemdesign of the GAMESA wind TJ company equipment management system. And wespecifically analyzed and designed each function module of the system, including:Equipment of warehouse management module, Equipment inquires the managementmodule, Location information management module, Data statistic summary module,System management module.This paper analyzes system development background and the currentdevelopment situation of the equipment management system in China and abroad,briefly describes the main problem the system needs to solve and the total design ofthe system, introduces the demand analysis and structure design of the system indetail, and makes brief description on the design and realization of function module.Currently, the system has successfully operated in GAMESA wind TianJinCompany and had a certain effect. Specifically, the system helps to reduce theoperation cost of the enterprise, adapt to our company applications and meet thedemand of enterprise development and increase the enterprise management efficiencyon condition that original management mode is not changed and human resources arenot increased.
