With the persistent changing of leasehold market of construction equipments andthe popularization of Internet application, information processing of leasing businessmanagement has become increasingly standardized and cyberized. High-efficient workis not only an inevitable trend of development in market requirements, but also anecessary requirement of Leasing Enterprise Management System reformation, soestablishing a construction equipment Leasing Management System with a perfectfunction and a good performance has become an important infrastructure constructionof leasing company to strengthen enterprise management and promote informationmanagement with high service level.The Construction Equipment Leasing Management System is designed andimplemented by the B/S structure in this thesis, which can realize the functionalmodules such as the management of basic information, initial data, document printingand the data maintenance. It can meet the management requirements of leasingcompanies on the daily work by installing, debugging and test running on the Internet aswell as through the analysis of trial running results of the system.The article has indicated its design principles, ideas and specific implementationmethods in the following six chapters respectively.1. The researching motivation, the application value of the project and the overallorganization of this paper have been introduced in this chapter.2. It mainly expounds the three-tier structure of the B/S mode in this chapter and ithas demonstrated why this system adopts B/S model. It has also described UMLtechnology, ASP technology, ADO technology, which are the theoretical basis for thedevelopment and analysis of this system.3. It produces all around the status and needs analysis on the ConstructionEquipment Leasing Management System in this chapter. It also designs the system dataflow diagram by needs analysis. 4. It summarizes the overall design principles of the system, determines the choiceof system platform in this chapter, and has an analysis and description of the systemdatabase.5. It designs the functional structures of the system based on the needs analysis inthis chapter, and provides an in-depth analysis and description of the system by using ofthe Use Case Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Activity Diagram, Collaboration Diagram ofmodeling language (UML) to make the system design ideas clearer. It focuses on thedetailed design and implementation of data backup and recovery, password modification,documents management (including documents entry, modification and deleting), reportsprinting of the system in this chapter.6. It has indicated the methods of software testing in this chapter and elaborated thetesting process of system login and data entry, modification, and deleting of invoice andcorresponding correct results have been achieved.
