Since2010, researches on Triple-play are more and more being shown onacademic journals and magazines. From strategies selection to supply mechanismanalysis, from industrial convergence to effective competition analysis, almost everypart of the convergence is known to public.Though as a mainstream player of Triple-play, Broadcasting and TV industry isin a disadvantageous position in the progress of the convergence. And current studiesare mostly high-level analysis on sector strategy and developing plan. While theconstruction of the whole-station network, which plays an important role in thedevelopment of the industry, is rarely be mentioned.With studies on the constructions of whole-station network for TV stations andCable networks, domestic and abroad, in recent years, considering influences of newtechnologies like Cloud Computing, adding in the working experiences in the industryfor too many years, this paper managed to release the guiding principles and logicalarchitecture for the next generation whole-station network, that is, Five Systems andOne Center, which means content production system, broadcast control system,operation support system, service guarantee system, monitoring and managementsystem and data center.In the writing of the paper, referring almost all papers on the Triple-play of China,using scientific methods like survey, literatures reading, comparing analyze, thensummarizing and striving to achieve a fair and reasonable thesis conclusions.Unlike the traditional way, construction of the new generation wholes-stationnetwork must considering the importance of new media like blog, micro blog, shortdomain etc. Also the construction must fulfill the requirements of the government, tobe able to provide service for all issues related to multimedia broadcasting. Also, theconstruction of the province TV stations must be consistent with the construction ofthe Central TV Station, to be able to unified in the state-run National Radio andTelevision Organization.The construction of the whole-station network for TV stations is very importantin the progress of the Triple-play. With a good result, Broadcasting and TV industrycan be a high-level player in the future market, or be a loser with a bad one. The guiding principles and architecture in this paper can helps to speed up the progress ofthe convergence of TV station and Cable networks all over China, can helps toimprove the service level of Broadcasting and TV industry.
