The Study Of Remotely Monitoring And Integration Of Laser Particle Size Analyzer

Laser particle size analyzer is widely used in many industries and the highestlevel of commercial particle measurement and analysis instrument. When applied toindustrial scene full of interfere factors, in order to ensure the accuracy andrepeatability of the field measurements, it is required that laser particle sizeanalyzer has high performance. To improve the level of measure, a new type ofremote monitoring of laser particle size analyzer is being designed, the softwareincluding server program and client program. In some specific situations wheredirect measurements are not convenient, a remote computer can be used to controlthe laser particle size analyzer in order to achieve the purpose of remote onlinemeasurements which meets the future network trend. Most of the existing laserparticle size analyzer need computers to process the experimental data and displaythe result, the paper explores the integration of laser particle size analyzer. Relyingon the existing research of the laboratory, a new type of remote monitoring ofintegrated laser particle size analyzer is being designed which includes laseremission system, data acquisition system, data processing system andhuman-computer interaction system, designing the mechanical struceture.The main work includes:1. Building a C/S architecture of remote monitoring system, coding theserver and client program in VC environment to achieve the remotemeasurement and assistance;2. Using the remote monitoring system to test the standard particle samples,the repetitiveness and veracity proved the system effectiveness.3.
