The determination of milk powder particle size in milk powder industry,the sieving method and the microscopic instrument are mainly used.But to varying degrees,they all have issues with measurement errors,tedious operating process and without real-time inspection.Therefore,it is urgently needed to develop a real-time,high precision measuring analysis system of milk powder particle size.In recent decades,the traditional measurement methods of milk powder particle size have been gradually abandoned in the milk powder industry.The laser particle size analyzer is adopted now.It has greatly improved the accuracy and the speed of the samples measurement.The study and use of milk powder particle size analysis instrument have good application prospect.This project of milk powder particle size measurement analysis system is a set of optical,mechanical and electrical,computer as one of the high-tech products.The data processing part of the system is completed by computer analysis software,and the output of test and analysis report is completed by the printer at the same time.The key issue to be solved of many research problems is that what kind of algorithm is the most excellent and can make more accurate test data.Based on the development status of granularity instrument at home and abroad,combined with the actual demand of milk powder business,this paper designed and developed the milk powder particle size analysis system;and successfully implemented into production practice.
