Design Of Testing System For Control Circuit Board

Fault detection refers to finding the problems when a product doesn’twork correctly, and at the same time showing these problems by indicatoror other ways.This subject roots in a scientific research project in an aeronauticaland astronautic institute. It is mainly used in debugging and testing thecontrol circuit board. The main content of this dissertation is the designand realization of the control circuit board testing system. This testingsystem is designed to use Random Vibration and Temperature Cycling todetecting the former defects of products, in order to improve theproduction reliability.The dissertation briefly introduces the testing method of the controlcircuit board, and makes development and research aiming at thestructure and character of the control circuit board. This testing systembases on the industrial control computer, and uses high precision sensor,signal processing circuit and PCI-1713data acquisition card of PCI bus torealize automatic testing of the control circuit board and its power supply.We can do statistic and analysis according to testing parameters to guidemanufacture technique and the improvement of testing system.The development of the whole testing system includes hardware andsoftware design. Hardware bases on high performance Hall-effect currentsensor, and equipped with the data acquisition card which is to fulfill thetask of signal conversion and gathering. Software bases on visual C++,and realizes data receiving, analysis, processing calibration of systemparameters, system self testing, database management, and control of thewhole testing flow.This testing system has been delivered to the aeronautical andastronautic institute. It fulfills the requirement of this aeronautical andastronautic institute after Random Vibration and Temperature Cycling testing.
