With the extensive application of large-scale equipment in the field of National defenseindustry, quickly and accurately isolate and repair the equipment failure has become animportant issue for contemporary equipment, logistical support. The traditional paper-basedequipment failures repair manual has many shortcomings, for example, to carry inconvenient,access cumbersome, storage difficulties, poor interactivity. In recent years, the emergence ofthe IETM (Interactive Electronic Technical Manual, the IETM) becomes the mainstreamtechnology in the field of modern equipment support. It overcomes the drawbacks of papertroubleshooting manual. Combining maintenance technicians of equipment failure and IETMwill be a development and application on IETM important topics. The mainly research workand of this paper include:By comparing and analyzing of today’s mainstream IETM standards; Study promulgatedby the China military GJB6600the application advantages. Combined with technicalinformation classification and characteristics of the equipment failure, the author focuses onthe logical structure and operation mechanism of the fault data module in the GJB6600, andinvolved in the design of equipment failures repair IETM system. It meets the GJB6600standards and is suitable for the characteristics of our equipment and technology information,interactive, and with fault isolation guide function. Combined with the accumulation of actualproject experience, the authors conclude equipment fault diagnosis data model processes, anddetailed design for each part of the process. It includes: First, to explore the three channels,equipment failure information collection and gather information. Second, by analyzing thecorrespondence between the information elements of the equipment and technologyinformation and fault tree, fault tree model is established. Third, the use of Fault Treequalitative analysis of the theory to derive the standardized fault tree’s minimal cut sets.According to the importance of minimal cut sets and the end of the event, design equipment,fault isolation flow chart. Finally, according to the fault isolation flow chart, combined withthe structure and logic of the fault data module in the GJB6600, consistent with the standardfault data module which is used in IETM System has been worked out. Equipment faultdiagnosis model is completed. At present, we contact and research into the mainstream domestic and international IETM system can not be achieved automatically optimize thefunction of the fault repair process. Combined with fault tree analysis theory and of theoperating mechanism IETM fault class data module, the authors design fault repairinformation model of the optimization method. According to the IETM system of recordstroubleshooting and fault isolation relevant statistical information, the exact value of minimalcut sets important has been calculated by Quantitative analysis of algorithm. And to adjust thereference relationship between the fault data module isolation steps according to the exactvalue of the sort. Thus, optimization of the data model of equipment failures repair IETMsystem failure function is implemented.In this paper, a case study of air-conditioning equipment, air-conditioning equipmentfailures repair the IETM system will be product, and verify the feasibility of the systemdesign. This author will complete the typical failure example in air conditioning equipment inthe fault maintenance information and data modeling process. And verified by experimentequipment fault diagnosis data model to optimize of the method is correctness.
