With the rapid growth of IoT devices,IoT device failure management and repair strategies are becoming the core of industrial Internet of Things.For manufacturers,any equipment in the production and operation of the period of failure,there is a certain amount of damage to the enterprise.Therefore,in view of the urgent needs of equipment failure prevention and maintenance management,this project combines PHM technology to make a detailed study of the intelligent maintenance system based on equipment failure prediction,and uses SpringBoot framework and MVC technology to design and realize a set of intelligent maintenance system based on equipment fault prediction.The main tasks is as follows:1.The equipment fault diagnosis algorithm and prediction algorithm are studied.In order to detect and prevent equipment failures during operation earlier,while reducing the time for maintenance personnel to locate failures,and improving maintenance efficiency.Based on the historical data of the equipment,a network model was constructed to diagnose and predict the equipment faults,and the feasibility was verified through experiments.2.The recommended strategy of repair work order is studied.The recommendation of maintenance work orders is a core part of the intelligent maintenance system based on equipment failure prediction.The maintenance work orders need to be quickly and accurately dispatched to the appropriate maintenance personnel to improve the processing efficiency of the maintenance work orders.This article finally combines the characteristic information of the maintenance work order and the maintenance personnel's preference for the maintenance work order,and recommends the maintenance work order to the maintenance personnel.According to the needs of the system,this article uses the item-based K-nearest-neighbor collaborative filtering algorithm to recommend maintenance work orders,and selects the optimal K value through experiments to ensure the recommendation performance.3.A smart repair system based on equipment fault prediction is designed and implemented.This paper elaborates the requirements analysis and system design of intelligent maintenance system based on equipment fault prediction.Using SpringBoot framework and MVC technology,following the principle of object-oriented design,the lightweight,easy-to-expand intelligent maintenance system based on equipment fault prediction is realized,and the functionality and safety of the system are tested.
