Design And Implementation Of IETM System

With the wide application of computer technology,the digitalization of traditional paper technology manual for large-scale equipment is low,which leads to the lack of efficiency and continuity in the process of transportation,storage,compilation and use,and can not meet the needs of users better.IETM,an interactive electronic manual for products,was first proposed by the US Department of Defense,and gradually attracted the attention of national defense departments.With this manual,the efficient paperless operation of equipment use,human-computer interaction,information retrieval,equipment maintenance,fault diagnosis and maintenance support is realized.This system mainly adopts MVC architecture,using SQL Server 2008 database,XML,Lucene,Chinese word segmentation technology.Through the analysis of GJB6600 standard specification,the requirement analysis and overall design of Interactive Electronic Manuals are completed.The system is divided into three functional modules: data compilation module,data management module and interactive browsing module.The architecture design,function design,database design and detailed design of the system are completed,and the three modules are designed and implemented in detail.Full-text data retrieval technology,Lucene and Chinese word segmentation are used to effectively solve the problem of rapid positioning of technical data.Using fault diagnosis technology,fault diagnosis algorithm is proposed and knowledge base is constructed to achieve the ability of rapid troubleshooting and diagnosis for equipment faults.The interactive browsing technology is used to realize the dynamic interaction of models and improve the interactive display level of technical data,thus improving the efficiency of equipment maintenance and maintenance support.Finally,a comprehensive test of the system is carried out by using the test tool,and the test conclusion is drawn.IETM system of product interactive electronic handbook can effectively solve the problem of technical data application in the actual use of equipment.The system can run efficiently on various terminals,which proves that the design and implementation of the system is feasible.It has certain research significance and application value for equipment support.
