With the development of Internet, network information resources and services increaseexponentially. How to get service information that meets the needs of users from massive dataaccurately and efficiently, has become a serious problem. Although cloud computingtechnology has solved the problems of data transmition, dynamic resource distribution,searching for service information and so on in some extent, the existing cloud computingplatforms(such as Google, AmazonEC2, blue clouds and so on) still have many problems,such as difficult deployment, complex structure, low real-time, the lack of servicequality(QoS) and expensive price.Based on the study of cloud computing technology, message oriented middlewaretechnology and QoS semantic technology, this paper presents a message transfer model undercloud environment. The model uses Comet cloud computing platform as a runtimeenvironment, and utilizes data distribution services (DDS) middleware in Comet platform.According to the lack of QoS semantic matching computation in DDS middleware, andresearches on QoS matching calculation, this paper uses QoS semantic concept in DDSmiddleware, and proposes an improved QoS comprehensive semantic similarity calculationmethod. This method considers the hight and density of QoS ontology semantic tree, and theinfluence that QoS numerical parameters effect on QoS semantic similarity.Through the design of experiments, this paper simulates the method of QoScomprehensive sematic similarity. As the experimental results shown, this method caneffectively select the most satisfying service from a large number of services for users,enhance the accuracy of service query, reduce the cost of users, and get the satisfying resultsespecially in the case of complex QoS parameters. Finally, this paper summarizes the researchwork about the message communication model and QoS ontology semantic similarity, andpoints out the next research direction and problem.
