In view of pen product features such as great type demand,swift change andinefficient design, the pen products’ parametric design, combinational innovationdesign and the optimization of user interactive evaluation driver were realized.However, the idea was from the view of the computer-aided industrial design andthe theory of computer parametric modeling, block-based combinationalinnovation design and man-machine interactive evaluation.The pen products’ parametric design was a design method which couldproduce sub programs with parameters optimization by genetic algorithm theoriesfrom male parent and female parent which from sample programs. However thesesample programs produced by the three-dimensional model prototype wereevaluated by gained ascores based on man-machine interactive evaluation theory.Three-dimensional model prototype was established by extracting main parametersof three-dimensional model.The pen products’ parametric design was a design method which couldproduce new sub programs which were composed of some components. However, some of these components comed from same components library were replacedeach other, some of these components comed from different components librarywere composed mutually. In order to improve efficiency of replacement andcombination, all these components should be evaluated by man-machineinteractive evaluation thery. This methord coordinated controled by man andmachine could produce more reasonable programs.A prototype system of digital design technology was developed based ongeneral product industrial designing software platform, and the feasibility ofparametric design and combinational innovation design was validated by twodifferent design examples. Verpication result shows that this method has a goodeffect to improve design efficiency and adjust and optimize the design method.
