Laser communication has become a hot reseach in the field of wireless communication. The techniques of acquisition, pointing and tacking of beacon which determines the success or failure of communication link is very important.In this paper,The miss distance of spot which was got by CCD camera through camera calibration technology decide the accuracy of the position of spot. Studied the detection methods of spot, such as:optical flow method, target detection method based frame difference, improved optical flow-based feature point target tracking algorithm, and the tracking accuracy is improved in low noise environments.This paper presents a beacon detection and tracking method that is based on sequence information using fiting cirle center.It provides an solution to the strong turbulence for the level of laser communication link. Through experimental analysis under the different turbulence intensity obtained:the method can be make compensation for atmospheric turbulence and background noise, and little error in detection and tracking with high accuracy. Using the method reduces the atmospheric turbulence on the impact of the APT system, so it has good robust in high-noise led by turbulence.
