The device to obtain line of sight is an important part of fire control system test devices, it can get the line of sight to test the aiming accuracy of fire control system. This paper developed a CMOS camera for the device to obtain line of sight, which achieve a miniaturization, integrated and intelligent device to obtain line of sight.The CMOS camera designed in this article composed by the image acquisition, image processing and image transmission. In this article, using FPGA to control CMOS chip in the acquisition in order to achieve miniaturization of the device, using FPGA for pre-processing of the image information in order to achieve intelligent of the device, using Gigabit Ethernet interface for the output of the image data in order to achieve integration of the design. It is greatly reducing the size of system and reducing system complexity on the basis of ensuring the quality of the images collected.
