With the development of the variety of information collection, the image acquisition methods put forward higher request. This system break through the traditional method, using machine vision CCD instead of the human eye in a variety of conditions for image acquisition, and matches by the big field and large diameter of the inner focusing system in light road design, make the whole system in image capture and collection effects on the superior, can be widely used in various field.In optical system design, field of view is20°, with a large focusing range of object distance from infinity to0.1m, the range of F/#regulation in1.4-22, and matches by2/3inch CCD, the center field of MTF up to0.7in801p/mm, the edge field of MTF up to0.6too, they all close to the diffraction limit, Mechanical focusing precision up to0.005mm. In this paper, I design different type and different range of focusing for each index requirements, and make a deep understanding and research of image capture and image processing system.
