Research Of XML Schema-Based Optimization For Middleware Of Heterogeneous Database

With the constant development of scale and technology of the Internet,the amount of data in the Internet keep increasing in exponentially trends,and distributed in different geographical heterogeneous data sources.The database middleware provide users with a unified interface to access heterogeneous data sources that have significant meaning for solving the connection and efficiency of access heterogeneous data sources.The aim of this paper is to optimize the query speed of heterogeneous data source,the method to achieve this aim is that improving XML-based database middleware technology.Through analysis the structure and related technologies of the XML-based middleware,focusing the key of optimization on the transmission and XML document compression technology and presenting stream-based transmission mode and optimized compression algorithm——XCompress.Combining these two methods to transfer the same amount of data with faster speed and smaller data scale,and verified the methods in experiments.
