The technology of Q-switch development promote the laser ranging,guidance and some other related applications technology. Today, through the Q-technique, they can already be higher than the MW peak power, pulse width to the extent of nanosecond laser pulses. This paper documents and books to read through the collection, the history of the laser Q-part, especially electro-optical Q-part of some elaborate.Experimental platform was constructed by the basement of pulsed Nd:YAG laser with the electro-optic Q switched part. The experimental set up Q switched Nd:YAG laser resonant cavity, a pulsed laser power was modified,then a rectangular flat square wave was output by the laser in the static case. Q switched power meeted the requirements of high and iterated Q switched was designed and assembled, also the Avalanche voltage droped along at about5ns, the three parts was matched and succeeded in outputing the laser.,aquiring the laser Data and doing a series of analysis and induction. Eventually we got the result that Q switched laser output pulse width (14-20ns) increased With the increasing of Q switched repetition frequency. output energy of pulse Q switched and output energy of Static pulse was Basically same, and did not change with the Q switched repeat frequency.
