This paper is which use bionics principle based on the principle of fish-eye lens and monitored control system requirements, a fish-eye lens that FOV is180°and relative aperture is1/1.6is designed with the optical system design software ZEMAX to meet the requirement of the monitored control system on panoramic monitor. The designed system consists nine lenses. The total length is68.5mm; image receiver is1/3CCD;the MTF value is more than0.3within0.7FOV at80lps/mm, the MTF value of FOV are more than0.5within0FOV at1201ps/mm. The lens has high distortion because of this lens is a fish-eye lens.Its barrel distortion approximates to100%whitin1.0FOV.After that, we have used Solidworks for structure design of this fish-eye lens. We used aluminum for this structure.It corrosion resistance,and easy for installation and commissioning. And well connected with CS mount.
