The detecting of punched hole in angle iron structural parts is important in industrial production. In our country, the main detecting way is manual detecting with low accuracy and low efficiency. In the paper, we designed the equipment which can detecting the punched holes e in angle steel structural parts automatically.In this paper, the punched hole automatic testing equipment is introduced from hardware system and software system two sides and analyzed with experimental data. The hardware system of the equipment includes CCD camera、image acquisition card and grating ruler. The software system can process the picture by gray-scale, filtering, edge sharpening, binarization. image combination, edge detection and identification of punched holes’centre coordinates. By locating the picture with gray-scale and moving to binarization processing front of image combination, we make the picture processing more quickly and get more accurate processing data.At end of the paper. I analyzed several important parameters with the experiments measurement results and discussed the major errors in order to improve the measurement accuracy. |
