Research On MRO Plan Management System Based On SOA

Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Operations (MRO) enterprises for largeequipments are the typical representatives of modern manufacturing servicesindustry, also are the key and difficult point to high-end development. In view ofcomplex and changeable characteristics, heterogeneous information sharing andsystem reuse demand of MRO enterprise maintenance processes, the paper analyzesthe necessity of applying SOA, but for MRO semantic heterogeneity problem,traditional SOA is difficult to meet MRO management requirements, so MROknowledge base is introduced into the service oriented architecture. Through SOAand MRO knowledge repository, the system can meet MRO enterprise managementrequirement, can also realize the effective integration of heterogeneous system, therapid reconstruction of processes, system automation and intelligence. This papertakes the national863project "MRO decision support tools research" as thebusiness research background, analyzes and studies QSY MRO locomotivemaintenance plan management process, from service oriented architecture andknowledge base two aspects to study the construction and implementation of MROplanning management system.In this paper, SOA theories and Web service key technologies are analyzedand studied, the characteristics, advantages and roles and operations process ofSOA are also introduced, the Web service key technologies such as servicedescription WSDL, service registration UDDI,service agreement SOAP, etc, arediscussed and analyzed; The SOA knowledge base theory and semantic Webservice technologies are analyzed and expounded, the concept of knowledge baseand the content of the ontology are introduced, the ontology technology, OWL-Sservice semantic description technology, service semantic registered technology,service semantic found and matching technology are also discussed; According tomanagement process and system design problems of QSY MRO locomotivemaintenance plan, this paper puts forward the information solutions, and putsforward MRO system service architecture based on MRO knowledge repository, inthe architecture，MRO knowledge repository is introduced, and the composition andthe realization mechanism of knowledge repository are also deeply discussed;Finally, based on MRO service architecture, MRO planning management system isrealized, and the implementation process and application condition of MRO planning management system are analyzed and expounded, mainly including MROsystem’s main services division, service semantic description, semantic registration,semantic found and matching process description, etc, system implementationtechnologies, system implementation process and system application condition aredescribed at last, in order to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of MRO systemarchitecture.
