Research On The Measurement System Of Small-scale Based On CCD

This paper describe a measurement system which based on CCD,use TCD1501,and LD as the light source, The selected wavelength of the laser diode is630nm,it match with the range of spectral response of CCD.The system used for physical dimension measurement, it has advantages of dynamic on-line measurement,non-contactmeasurement and output the size information of the object at the same time.Optical system makes laser beams sizing and extender beams, can make the beam collimate.and improve the measurement accuacy.we use standardized parts and components to calibration and then measure the diameter of tabacoo,,repeatable accuracy can be achieved±0.02mm,the angle of divergence is3mrad.
