With science and technology fasting development, laser diode play an important in national produce and life. Because it is small, durable, high transition efficiency of light and electricity, high output power density and other advance. It was used widely in medical treatment,military,optical communication and product. But having defect by it-self, its lighting area is different from between being paralleled to p-n junction (slow axis) and being vertical to p-n junction (fast axis) that the dimension of the active area is 150μm×1μm. It is not seriously symmetry that leads to large radiation angles and great optical aberration so as to not apply to lots of area.In this paper, the structural defects in semiconductor lasers, using ZEMAX software for the semiconductor laser output beam shaping simulation. Then a double curved surface lens Dimensions (L×W×T) is 2mm×2mm×1mm, fast and slow axis of the effective focal length (effective focus length) are 0.072mm,0.472mm to compressor laser divergence angle, Next on the compressed semiconductor laser output beam to fiber coupling simulation. The collimated beam of laser diode is coupled into the core diameter of 62.5μm, NA 0.22 multi-mode fiber which, the coupling efficiency can reach 87.652%, making the final output of the laser beam shaping to achieve the purpose, that is, after plastic surgery laser output beam spot with good symmetry, the energy more concentrated, on the practical application of this result has a good guide.
