With the development of information technology, network traffic has changed from the mainTDM services into the main IP packet services. The future network shows the three characteristics ofIP-based, broadband and mobile. The T-MPLS technology based on MPLS can effectively deal withlarge-capacity traditional TDM voice service and IP packet data services at the same time.CurrentlyEPON has been used by operators in the access network. It has good research value and the actualvalue about EPON as the representative of the optical access network in conjunction with theT-MPLS to achieve end-to-end, high-quality optical transmission of IP data signals. This paper proposes the program that dual-lable encapsulation of the edge route partly movesto the ONU side. That is the dual-lable encapsulation of T-MPLS edge router LER has improvedencapsulation for TDM services and high-priority Ethernet services at ONU in advance while theordinary Ethernet services are still at the edge router LER to conduct dual-lable encapsulations. Then the paper analyzes two typical dynamic bandwidth allocation algorithms and thenproposes algorithm based on business priorities and proportions on the uplink direction of EPONand T-MPLS interconnection network. The algorithm satisfies the high-priority traffic to sendpriority, while addressing the fairness problem in the ordinary course of business sent.In thedownlink direction of the interconnection network, this paper uses a weighting algorithm based onthe absolute priority to solve bandwidth scheduling problem. The algorithm improves prioritiesabout the TDM services and high-priority Ethernet services. At the same time it takes into accountthe transmission of ordinary Ethernet services. Finally, modeling and simulation on the interconnection network scheme is done with the helpof OPNET Modeler. The modeler constructs the forward model of the dual-lable package andanalyzes and verifies the average data frames time delay about TDM services, higher priority ofEthernet services and ordinary Ethernet services. Then compare the advantages and disadvantagesof both priority-based algorithms.
