With the arrival of the era of3G,the rapid development of wireless Internetaccess, intelligent terminals and wireless Internet have been applied to all aspects ofpeople’s lives, mobile video monitor has become an important aspect of videoapplications, the use of mobile phones and other wireless devices for video monitor asThe new requirements. Base on the requirement, we study the mobile phone videomonitor control and develop the system based on.NET technology.Firstly, we analyze the Research situation both at home and abroad, the Researchand application grow vigorously at abroad. The application of domestic relatedindustries is more concentrated in the areas of home monitoring is in its infancy. Withthe development of Internet environment and improvement of people’s lifeCorresponding research and applications will be more widely.Secondly, we present the adopted technology for develop the system, whichis.Net technique and SQL server2000database. As the need for hardwareprogramming, and security, standardization, efficiency, implementation has certainrequirements, the use of C++language coding.Thirdly, we carry out the system requirement analysis, And in accordance withthe requirements of the development feasibility analysis feasibility study report,combined with the actual situation of project development plan. Overall system designis given by the cable video monitoring server, the monitoring center server and wiredand wireless client form, from the perspective of software engineering, systemsanalysis and design software structure, the system consist of six modules: Videoreceiver module, video relay module, database module, and customized informationmodule receives text messages, SMS and MMS module. We detailed function of eachmodule, the design and implementation.Finally, we test the system and present the result. Descript the API of FurtherDevelopment for the system. Summarize the every aspect of the project, bring forwardthe suggestion for further improve the performance of the system.
