With the rapid development of the global economy, in order to adapt to therequirements of the new information times, it becomes more and more important forindividuals and enterprise to grasp the information accurately, complete the task efficientlyand realize multi-sectoral collaboration. With incessant improving of computer and testtechnology, the automation needs of the business process in product testing managementsystem come into being. In the testing process, multi-sectoral joint participation and evencollaboration between different departments of the different regions are often required,which makes the process more complicated. In addition, the testing data is different fordifferent departments and products, which complicate the testing.For such a complex testing process and testing data, it will be difficult to guarantee thetimeliness and accuracy of the information, meet the needs of business, data, and personnelmanagement, without the track regulatory mechanisms and flexible data storage. Based onthe needs of user and the business complexity and data complexity of the processmanagement system, flexible work flow management technology and scalable NetCDFdata storage technology are used to make sure the diversification of testing processes andtesting data management. And an efficient and flexible management model and operatingplatform has been built. The main contributions of this paper are listed as follows:1. A three-tier architecture has been designed, and the data layer, application layer areseparated. The access to the system database and product test data is realized by the middleof the service dispatching layer. The analysis of the system user information, processinformation, and business service dispatch center by service dispatching layer determinethe next step in steering business processes.2. In the modeling process of the workflow management system, UML modeling toolis used to model and analyze the J2EE-based workflow management system, and thesystem modeling is finished with five different views.3. A scalable user-defined data storage has been realized with NetCDF technology, which brings about the standardization management of the testing the product data.4. The successful application of workflow technology and NetCDF technology inproduct testing management software system combines the processed including testapplication, review, testing, and acceptance on the basis of network platform.The paper has integrated workflow management technology based on J2EE into theprocess of product test management successfully, and has developed product testmanagement software system. The system has realized the effective integration of theworkflow technology, NetCDF data storage applications and product management. It is animportant reference for the research on workflow technology and enterprise management.The development of this system has resolved the problem of the complexity testmanagement process and the complexity of the data structure effectively. Meanwhile, it isalso of great application value for the improvement of enterprise management efficiency.
