The Design And Implementation Of Media Content Distribution System In HeZe Unicom

With the development of telecommunications and information technique, opening up of telecom markets and increasing user demands of multi-play, the independently running of traditional telecommunication networks, Internet and broadcast networks are tending to converge.In Feb2010, the State Council launches the convergence project that authorities vows to achieve a comprehensive integration in line with the project in five years. This article proposes a technique solution, multi-media content service system, finally designs and implements it which allows users of receiving and uploading multi-media data, and interacting with each other by smart phones, televisions, and Internet. It is theoretically and practically significant for the promotion of triple network project.
