With the rapid development of modern network technology, heterogeneous integrated networks has become the development trend of the future network, in order to meet the quality of service of system bearer service, and to provide users with ubiquitous service of QoS guarantee, is one of the important objectives in current network design. Therefore, to provide more effective usage and management for the limited network resources, so as to provide different user service requests with respect appropriate quality of service becomes critical. In the meantime, to explore how to establish and maintain end to end service and mobile business environment to achieve higher QoS requirements, so as to meet the diversity of the next generation heterogeneous network and high service quality requirements, has become a key to the seamless integration of wireless heterogeneous network.In recent years, with the rapid growth of data service, especially more and more new service appeared, such as QQ and weibo, the old KPI testing methods and the evaluation index has been unable to reflect the user experience. Therefore, the telecom carriers need a new test method of operation maintenance to diagnose superiority of the network quality.This paper designs a service class Elevator system of applied optimization. Based on the QoE of mobile data, key technologies of TD-SCDMA, QoE and optimization theory, this paper make a deep research, aiming at full-service, low cost, fine operation and maintenance. This paper sums up the main work with following points:(1) The dissertation investigates the development process of the standard of TD-SCDMA and analyses intelligent antenna, dynamic channel allocation, relay switch and so on. In view of the different optimization scenes, it proposes multiple network optimization schemes, analysis the KPI optimization of TD and the disadvantages of traditional network optimization.(2) The dissertation analyses the relation between QoE and QoS, and investigates the influencing factors and the action mechanism. Based on QoE, it set up an evaluation system of QoE. At last, it proposes quantization process and method of QoE.(3)The dissertation designs the Elevator Q200system, and focuses on system architecture, assessment principle, testing capability and analysis system design objectives in detail.(4)The dissertation investigates a service class Elevator system of applied optimization, and introduces system architecture and pilot program. In addition, based on the actual results, it investigates and analyses the key technical indicators, in order to build a mode of low cost, automation and full service which satisfy with the requirements of the operation and maintenance.
