Requirement Management In It-Service Management System Development

It’s a serious problem to figure out how to make the IT system meet the expectation from business.The key to solve the problem will be having in-depth requirement analysis and effective requirement management during the system development.This paper analyzed the problems existed in L Company IT service operations, and showed how requirement management take effect during IT service management platform development and make mature level of IT service management improved.
