With the development of mobile Internet services, mobile Internet, MMS and other data value-added services are avored by the end customer gradually, however, user satisfaction is not high on the use of data services, due to data services experience network elements, complex process, the pros and cons of user dissatisfaction caused by many reasons, Performance indicators of the pros and cons of a single network element can not reflect the customer perception of the pros and cons, Based on network-level indicators to monitor network management system can not meet the need for assessing the quality of data services, urgent need to establish monitoring evaluation system based on customer perception, Reflect the full end-to-end quality is good or bad. The system can be based on customer perception, quick positioning, and thus guide the maintenance staff to carry out optimization.This research project is divided into two parts.The first part is to establish end-to-end Quality Evaluation System. Select the major mobile data services, such as MMS, mobile Internet, Fetion business, to study the network structure, business processes, the signaling process.Use the idea of the multiple regression model, and establish end-to-end quality indicators based on customer perception through KQI, KPIs associated with the modeling. The system as defined in the index of the data bearer class, business class indicators and customer perception of the definition of indicators, algorithms and access methods, laid the theoretical foundation set up for the follow-up system.Second, create data services end-to-end quality assessment system. With the results of theoretical studies, combined with data mining, data warehousing and software design, and establish the evaluation system. Network statistics, signaling monitoring, automatic dial measuring three dimensions to obtain indicators, and in accordance with the algorithm of the evaluation system, monitoring and analysis of customer perception index.In addition, the system also supports indicators drilling, the district level to locate the problem, complaint analysis functions.The above functionality, innovation to achieve real-time monitoring of the fluctuations of the end-to-end quality of data services, to provide guidance for the routine maintenance and optimization to effectively enhance the quality of data services.
